Easy Internet Services Ltd trading as 123 Ranking agree to charge for and provide digital marketing, web design and development services to the customer subject to the following terms of service. Use of our services constitutes acceptance and agreement to our terms of service.
The terms of service may be modified by giving 45 days advance notice to customers of impending changes. The customer understands that changes to the policies by Easy Internet Services Ltd shall not be grounds for early termination or non-payment of services. These Terms of Service shall be construed in all respects to be in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
1 Provision of Service
1a. The customer agrees that the tenure for the search engine marketing services is scheduled for 1 (one) year. Although we recommend a one-year tenure, we will not hold customers to a full one-year contract.
1b. The customer acknowledges that the nature of the service provided, and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to the customer. The customer agrees that the Easy Internet Services Ltd may change the specified rates and charges from time to time. The specified rates and charges will remain with the customer for the duration of the current tenure of service and will not take effect until renewal of the search engine marketing services.
2 Payments
2a. The customer agrees that establishment of search engine marketing services is dependent upon receipt by Easy Internet Services Ltd of payment of stated charges. Customers who choose an option which allows for payment to be made throughout the tenure of the service, either quarterly, monthly, or yearly, agree to ensure that payments are received as requested throughout the Tenure of Service and understand that failure of payment will lead to all services with Easy Internet Services Ltd being suspended. Credit card payment methods on either a quarterly or monthly basis are automatically deducted from the customers’ credit or debit card on the appropriate scheduled dates via ‘Stripe’ or ‘GoCardless’ once the customer has agreed either verbally or in writing to accept the order and terms and conditions. Acceptance by writing is agreeing to place the order and paying the initial set-up fee.
2b. Customers can choose to pay by standing order, either monthly or quarterly. Any payment requests that fail may incur an additional £25 + VAT administration fee at the discretion of Easy Internet Services Ltd.
2c. It is down to Easy Internet Services Ltd.’s discretion on whether an additional charge of 2% is payable where a customer’s credit card fails due to the customer’s limits exceeding on their credit card.
3 Refund and Disputes
3a. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred.
3b. Easy Internet Services Ltd agrees to allow the customer to end their search engine marketing services at any time (subject to a 45-days’ notice period from the date of the last payment). The customer agrees that, should they choose to end their search engine marketing services, to forfeit all refunds. Any refund requested from the customer based on their own decision to leave will be entirely at the discretion of Easy Internet Services Ltd.
3c. If the customer feels entitled to a refund, then the customer agrees to make a written request which will then be considered.
3d. The customer agrees that the method of refund will be at the discretion of Easy Internet Services Ltd.
3e. The customer agrees that any decision regarding any refund made by Easy Internet Services Ltd will be final and agrees no further action will be taken to challenge the decision.
3f. It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel any recurring payment subscriptions if they cancel their packages or services with Easy Internet Services Ltd.
4 Cancellation
4a. In the event of a change in circumstances or the customer not being satisfied, they can cancel at any time (giving 45 days’ notice from the date of the last payment); refunds are discretionary.
4b. If an agreement is stopped, paused, or cancelled for non-payment, or lack of communication, or terminated by Easy Internet Services Ltd or the customer at any time, this will result in all ongoing work also being cancelled, including Google Ads campaign management, social media management, and any additional work unless otherwise stated.
4c. In the unlikely event that you choose to end your contract with Easy Internet Services it is solely your responsibility to remove any access you have granted Easy Internet Services to, for example, CMS logins, FTP details, Google accounts or services, or any other accounts.
5 Nature of Service
5a. The customer agrees that the search engine marketing service offered is a budget service, offering an agreed package of services. Additional services outside the package are chargeable, we can provide a quote on request.
5b. Easy Internet Services Ltd will work hard to achieve top positions based on the package purchased. Although Easy Internet Services will endeavour to achieve these positions, no guarantees are offered or implied that these positions will be achieved or maintained, unless we have agreed in writing that guarantees can be offered for your package. All setup fees, regardless of the plan, are non-refundable.
5c. Easy Internet Ltd does not have control over Google or its algorithms and as such cannot guarantee any keyword positions.
5d. Easy Internet Ltd cannot guarantee the amount of traffic being generated to the site or level of sales or enquiries.
5e. Should any or all recommendations made by Easy Internet Services Ltd not be implemented, any third-party work be undertaken which negatively affects work carried out by Easy Internet Services Ltd, or any work carried out by Easy Internet Services Ltd not be kept in place at all times, Easy Internet shall not be held responsible for lost rankings.
5f. The customer agrees that Easy Internet Ltd is not responsible for technical updates, on-page or off-page changes made by the customer or third parties. In the event changes are implemented that lead to a Google penalty, Easy Internet Ltd may, at its discretion, apply an additional charge of at least £150 + vat for any remedial work required.
5g. The customer agrees that neither party will be liable for or will be in breach of or default under this agreement on account of, any delay or failure to perform as required by this agreement because of any causes or conditions that are beyond such party’s reasonable control and that such party is unable to overcome through the exercise of commercially reasonable diligence. If any force majeure event occurs, the affected party will give prompt written notice to the other party and will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of the event.
5h. The customer agrees that Easy Internet Services Ltd is not responsible for the maintenance of the customer’s website (unless they are paying for a specific service), including updates for any blog sections, plug-ins, or additional features installed or changed by Easy Internet Services Ltd for the purposes of search engine marketing as included in the customer’s chosen package. Content management systems such as WordPress, plug-ins, and other elements of customers’ websites may be updated and maintained by third parties, and as such Easy Internet Services Ltd cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise because of updates to these, or lack thereof. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their website and all associated plug-ins and features are kept up to date for the purposes of compatibility, security, and performance.
5i. The customer agrees that Easy Internet Services Ltd is not responsible for any functionality issues or problems with the customer’s website which may occur because of updates made by Easy Internet Services Ltd on behalf of the customer. Any updates to the website by Easy Internet Services Ltd, whether an additional payment has been made by the customer for the updates to be made by Easy Internet Services Ltd or not, are completed at the customer’s own risk. Easy Internet Services Ltd recommends taking regular backups of the website so that in the unlikely event of any issues, it can be restored to its previous format.
6 Rank 1 Package
6a. The customer agrees that the Rank 1 package is a strict time limited package and that time spent answering support requests can eat into the time allocated each month. The customer agrees that the rank 1 package does not include telephone support, all support requests must be submitted via your dedicated client area. Requests for telephone support will result in additional charges at £40+vat per 30 minutes.
6b. The customer agrees that the first month’s payment on a rank 1 package covers the setup of the digital marketing dashboard and additional campaign monitoring tools and is non-refundable.
6c. The customer agrees that it is their responsibility to implement any updates on a rank 1 package. For a small fee, our developers can implement the changes for you.
7 Link Building
7a. Easy Internet will build backlinks as part of each SEO package we offer. These links will vary in quantity depending on the package purchased. If you require additional linkage work, we can provide a quote for this in addition to the ones included in the package.
7b. Inbound links built by Easy Internet Services Ltd to customers’ websites are built in good faith and will not be disclosed to customers.
7c. Any methods used to obtain the links will be at the discretion of Easy Internet Services. These methods will not be detrimental to the customer, their site, or business at the time of placement. However, Easy Internet Services Ltd cannot be held liable for links that were built in good faith but later deemed bad by the search engines.
8 Customer Responsibilities
For the purposes of providing these services, the customer agrees:
8a. To provide Easy Internet Services Ltd with access to their website for uploading new pages and making relevant changes for the purpose of SEO services, or approval to do this through a third party. The scope of our technical changes is limited to websites that are using a CMS platform. The overall responsibility of making technical changes resides with the customer and where necessary the customer must ask their web designer or developer to action the recommended changes.
8b. To authorise Easy Internet Services Ltd use of all the customer’s logos, trademarks, website images, etc., for use in creating informational pages and any other uses as deemed necessary by Easy Internet Services Ltd for search engine positioning and optimisation.
8c. That if the customer’s website(s) is light in text content, the customer will provide requested relevant text content in electronic format for the purpose of improving the website’s Google rankings. Easy Internet Services Ltd can also create text content for an additional charge. Text content will be approved by the customer in advance of uploading, so Easy Internet Services Ltd are not liable for any issues that arise relating to content.
8d. The customer agrees that optimisation is based on the keywords agreed between Easy Internet Services Ltd and the customer. The customer therefore acknowledges the importance of choosing and prioritising the keywords that the customer and Easy Internet Services Ltd wish to target.
8e. The customer agrees that listings will appear within multiple search engines, but our optimisation will focus on Google.
8f. The customer agrees that Easy Internet Services Ltd will have access to optimise the website, or if access is not allowed, all recommended changes must be carried out to the satisfaction of Easy Internet Services Ltd. Should the customer’s site be totally inaccessible, Easy Internet Services Ltd reserves the right to use advanced off-site search engine positioning techniques to secure the necessary positions.
8g. Once the customers’ website has been optimised, the customer agrees that they are responsible for ensuring the optimisation work carried out by Easy Internet Services Ltd is not overwritten by either the customer or any third party.
8h. The customer agrees if the optimisation work is overwritten by either the customer or any third-party to contact Easy Internet Services Ltd immediately. The customer agrees that Easy Internet Services Ltd may, at its discretion, apply an additional charge of at least £100 + VAT for the restoration and remedial work required. Easy Internet Services Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for loss of positions whilst this optimisation is not in place on the site.
8i. The customer agrees that any decision regarding any re-optimisation made by Easy Internet Services Ltd will be final and agrees that no further action will be taken to challenge the decision.
8j. Should the customer ask to add keywords that were not originally agreed upon, Easy Internet Services Ltd will review the benefits of adding the suggested keywords to the project and will include them at their discretion. The decision will be based on data provided by Google such as monthly searches and competition as well as relevance to the products or services being offered on the client’s website.
8k. The customer agrees that Easy Internet Services Ltd does not own nor control the search engines or directories. The customer understands that should a search engine refuse to accept the customer’s website for inclusion or if the search engines cached pages are not updated and it negatively impacts positions, regardless of any fees paid, a refund will not be taken against Easy Internet Services Ltd.
9 Free Internet Hosting Account
9a. Easy Internet Services Ltd agrees, upon request and if possible, to provide our SEO and web design clients with a free internet hosting account for one year.
9b. The customer agrees to the Terms of Service of Easy Internet Solutions Ltd located at https://netnerd.com/terms-of-service/.
9c. The customer agrees that the exact technical specification of the Free Internet Hosting Account is subject to change at the discretion of Easy Internet Services Ltd.
9d. The customer agrees that, should the customer decide to end the search engine marketing services with Easy Internet Services Ltd, the customer will be subject to a hosting fee if they decide to continue the Internet Hosting Account.
9e. The customer agrees that the Free Internet Hosting Account is only available for one (1) year after which the customer agrees to be subject to a hosting fee if the customer decides to continue the Internet Hosting Account.
10 Indemnification
The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Easy Internet Services Ltd (and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees) from all damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and all related costs and expenses) incurred because of any claim, judgement, or adjudication related to or arising from:
(a) any photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, text, data, or any other information, content, display, or any other material (whether written, graphic, sound, or otherwise) provided by the customer to Easy Internet Services Ltd (the “Customer Content”), or
(b) a claim that Easy Internet Services Ltd.’s use of content provided by the customer infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.
(c) any images or videos provided to the customer by Easy Internet Services Ltd will be sourced from free to use image websites under the terms that they are free to use and do not infringe on any copyright laws.
11. Limited Liability
In no event shall Easy Internet Services Ltd be liable to the customer for any indirect, exemplary, or consequential damages. This to include any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance, lost profits, whether foreseeable or alleged to be based on breach of warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability arising under this agreement. Loss of data, or any performance under this agreement, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy provided herein. There shall be no refunds. Easy Internet Services Ltd makes no warranty of any kind regarding above stated events, whether express or implied, about any third-party products, third party content or any software obtained from third parties.
12 GDPR
12a. By agreeing with these Terms of Service, you are agreeing to have personal information stored for the purpose of processing said information to provide the services required by the customer. Easy Internet Services Ltd is bound by the regulations to disclose all customer information to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the customer.
12b. Easy Internet Services Ltd may from time to time use your information for our own marketing purposes until such time as you ask us not to.

13DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (Third-party tools)
13a. Customers understand and agree that your use of third-party tools, and any of the services or content provided (the “service”) are at your own risk. Services and content are provided to you as is, and Easy Internet Services Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, either implied or expressed, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13b. Easy Internet Services Ltd makes no warranty, either implied or expressed that any part of the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, timely, secure, accurate, reliable, or of any specific quality, nor is it warranted either implicitly or expressly that any content is safe in any manner for download.
13c. You understand and agree that neither Easy Internet Services Ltd nor any participant in the service provides professional advice of any kind and that any advice or any other information obtained via the website may be used solely at your own risk, and that Easy Internet Services will not be held liable in any way.
13d. Easy Internet Services is not responsible or liable for third party SEO tools. You should read the terms of use for each individual tool to understand your rights.
Easy Internet Services Ltd trading as Fabsite agree to charge for and provide web design and development services to the customer subject to the following terms of service. Use of our services constitutes acceptance and agreement to our terms of service.
The terms of service may be modified by giving 45 days advance notice to customers of impending changes. The customer understands that changes to the policies by Easy Internet Services Ltd shall not be grounds for early termination or non-payment of services. These Terms of Service shall be construed in all respects to be in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
1a. Pay monthly customers agree to pay an initial deposit dependant on the package chosen, and this will be paid before any work commences. One-off web design customers agree to pay single fee, payable before work commences.
1b. Pay monthly customers agree to set up a recurring monthly payment for the web design services which will run for 18 (eighteen) months. After 18 payments have been received, the contract will end, and all ownership will be transferred to the customer.
1c. The customer acknowledges that the nature of the service provided, and the rates and charges have been communicated to the customer.
1d. Easy Internet Services Ltd reserve the right to adjust the charges at any time if the cost to us in providing products or services to the customer increases.
2a. To enter a contract with Easy Internet Services Ltd, the customer must be part of a business customer and not a consumer
2b. By entering a contract, the customer confirms they have authority to bind any business on behalf of whom they use our site to purchase products and services.
3a. Where the customer places an order online, the checkout pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order. The Easy Internet Services Ltd order process allows the customer to check and amend any errors before submitting the order. Please take the time to read and check the order at each stage of the order process. Where the customer places an order by telephone, the Easy Internet Services Ltd team will guide you through the order process and will review the order before the process is concluded.
3b. After the customer places an order, they will receive an e-mail from Easy Internet Services Ltd acknowledging the order has been received. However, please note this does not mean the order has been accepted.
3c. Easy Internet Services Ltd will confirm acceptance to the customer by email. The contract will only be formed when Easy Internet Services Ltd send an acceptance email. The date on which the acceptance email is sent will be the service commencement date.
3d. Pay monthly contracts will remain in force for eighteen (18) months from the commencement date.
3e. At the end of the contract period, Easy Internet Services Ltd will contact the customer to discuss the renewal of any services. Any services that remain in place will be invoiced accordingly and the customer will be notified of the amount in advance.
4a. The customer agrees that provision of web design and development services is dependent upon receipt by Easy Internet Services Ltd of payment of stated charges. The customer understands that failure of payment will lead to all services with Easy Internet Services Ltd being suspended.
4b. By placing an order for web design services, the customer agrees to place the order and pay the initial set-up fee.
4c. For pay monthly customers, agreed payment methods will be debited automatically on the agreed date each month via ‘Stripe’ or ‘GoCardless’ once the customer has agreed either verbally or in writing to accept the order and terms and conditions.
4b. For pay monthly customers, customers can choose to pay by standing order monthly. Any payment requests that fail may incur an additional £25 + VAT administration fee at the discretion of Easy Internet Services Ltd.
4c. It is down to Easy Internet Services Ltd.’s discretion on whether an additional charge of 2% is payable where a customer’s credit card fails due to the customer’s limits exceeding on their credit card.

Easy Internet Services Ltd agrees to allow the customer to end their web design contract at any time by giving 30 days’ notice and paying the remaining cost of the web design and development package. Easy Internet Services will provide a settlement figure which must be paid in full before services are transferred to the customer.
5c. If the customer feels entitled to a refund, then the customer agrees to make a written request which will then be considered.
5d. The customer agrees that the method of refund, if agreed, will be at the discretion of Easy Internet Services Ltd.
5e. The customer agrees that any decision regarding refunds made by Easy Internet Services Ltd will be final and agrees no further action will be taken to challenge the decision.
5f. It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel any recurring payment subscriptions if they cancel their package or when the subscription ends with Easy Internet Services Ltd.
6a. If an agreement is stopped, paused, or cancelled for non-payment, or lack of communication, or terminated by Easy Internet Services Ltd at any time, this will result in all ongoing work also being cancelled and access to services being terminated.
6b. At the end of your contract with Easy Internet Services Ltd, it is solely your responsibility to remove any access you have granted Easy Internet Services to, for example, CMS logins, FTP details, Google accounts or services, or any other accounts.
6c. We may terminate all or part of the contract with immediate effect by giving written notice to you if:
1) you commit a material breach of any of these terms and conditions, which breach is irremediable or (if such breach is remediable) fail to remedy that breach within a period of fourteen (14) days after being notified in writing to do so.
2) you repeatedly breach any of these terms and conditions in such a manner as to reasonably justify the opinion that your conduct is inconsistent with you having the intention or ability to give effect to these terms and conditions.
3) you cease or threaten to cease to carry on the whole or any part of your business, or you are unable to pay your debts as they fall due.
4) you are a limited company and you convene a meeting of your creditors or a resolution is passed or proposed for your voluntary winding up or a petition for your compulsory winding up is presented or proposed; if you are a person, firm or a partnership, you, or any one of you, convene a meeting of your creditors or a resolution is passed or proposed for an individual voluntary arrangement for you or any one of you, or a petition for your, or any one of your, bankruptcy is presented or proposed.
4) an administrator, receiver, manager or supervisor of a composition or scheme is appointed or applied for by you.
5) you undergo a change in control (other than because of reorganisation, amalgamation or reconstruction without insolvency).
6) you are the subject of a receiving order in bankruptcy (or in Scotland are sequestrated or in Northern Ireland are adjudicated bankrupt) or suffer execution, distress, any form of diligence or seizure to be levied or effected on or against your premises, assets, or effects.
7) we suffer from any event or circumstance which is beyond our reasonable control or which we could not reasonably be expected to have considered at the commencement date and which results in or causes our failure to perform any or all of our obligations under the Contract.
7a. The customer agrees that the web design and development is offered as a budget service, offering an agreed package of services. Additional services outside the package are chargeable, a quote can be provided on request.
7b. The customer agrees that Easy Internet Services Ltd offers the budget service based on the timely provision of information from the customer. Any content or images to be used on the website should be provided within 30 days of commencement of the project.
7c. As part of the web design package, Easy Internet Services Ltd agrees to a maximum of 3 revision batches before websites are sent to the customer for pre-launch checks. This is to ensure the timely completion of the website design and launch. After the initial creation of the website using the information provided by the customer, we will ask the customer to provide feedback and a list of any required changes via the client area. These changes will be made and we will request the customer reviews they are completed to the customers satisfaction, they will then have an opportunity to request a second batch of changes via the client area. In addition to these changes, we will allow a third batch of requests in case the customer has any additional information to include or changes to make. Following these revisions, Easy Internet Services Ltd will ask the customer to confirm they are happy for the site to be made live.
7d. Should any changes be made to the development site by the customer or any third-party which negatively affects work carried out by Easy Internet Services Ltd, Easy Internet Services Ltd may, at its discretion, apply an additional charge of at least £100+vat for any remedial work required.
7e. The customer agrees that Easy Internet Ltd is not responsible for technical updates and on-page or off-page changes made by the customer or third parties once the website has been made live, this includes management of the blog section, updating plugins, and resolving website hacks. Easy Internet Services Ltd will offer support regarding the use of the CMS system, however additional updates completed by Easy Internet Services Ltd will be chargeable. Easy Internet Services Ltd will provide a quote for additional work on request.
7f. Content management systems such as WordPress, plug-ins, and other elements of customers’ websites may be updated and maintained by third parties, and as such Easy Internet Services Ltd cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise because of updates to these, or lack thereof. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their website and all associated plug-ins and features are kept up to date for the purposes of compatibility, security, and performance.
7g. The customer agrees that neither party will be liable for or will be in breach of or default under this agreement on account of, any delay or failure to perform as required by this agreement because of any causes or conditions that are beyond such party’s reasonable control and that such party is unable to overcome through the exercise of commercially reasonable diligence. If any force majeure event occurs, the affected party will give prompt written notice to the other party and will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of the event.
7h. The customer agrees that Easy Internet Services Ltd is not responsible for any functionality issues or problems with the customer’s website which may occur after the website has been made live by Easy Internet Services Ltd. Easy Internet Services Ltd recommends taking regular backups of the website so that in the unlikely event of any issues, it can be restored to its previous format.
8a1. As part of the basic web design package, Easy Internet Services Ltd will create up to 5 pages. The CMS editor will allow the customer to create additional pages, so the website will not be limited in the number of pages available. If you require Easy Internet Services Ltd to create additional website pages, a quote can be provided.
8a2. As part of the basic web design package, Easy Internet Services Ltd will purchase and provide up to 5 stock images. These can be used alone or in combination with images provided by the customer. Further images can be purchased on the customer’s behalf for an additional fee.
8a3. As part of the hosting package provided by Easy Internet Services Ltd, up to 5 business email addresses can be created. The exact spelling of the required email addresses will be provided by the customer and Easy Internet Services Ltd will not be held responsible for incorrectly spelled emails. We are not responsible for the content and material sent or received in your e-mail account(s). It is the customers responsibility to manage their own email.
8a4. A free SSL certificate will be provided for all websites built as part of the basic web design package. The SSL certificate is provided as part of the website’s hosting package, so once the subscriptions ends, the renewal of this service will need to be arranged with NetNerd directly.
8a5. During the website build, Easy Internet Services Ltd will be responsible for all changes and updates to the website unless there is an issue that has been created by the customer or a third-party they have provided access to. On launch of the website and throughout the duration of the web design contract, Easy Internet Services Ltd will provide instructions and support on how to use the CMS system to update the website. As the website is fully editable by the customer, Easy Internet will no longer be responsible for changes and updates to the website once it has gone live. Any changes from this point will be chargeable and a quote can be provided on request.
8a6. The customer will have access to the dedicated client area during the website build and duration of their web design contract, allowing them to contact members of the Easy Internet Services Ltd team.
8a7. As part of the basic web design package, Easy Internet Services Ltd will carry out a limited one-off website optimisation to create the foundations for an SEO campaign. This one-off optimisation will include the creation of title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags to the main website pages, general performance related checks and submission of the website to Google via Google Search Console. Easy Internet Services offer this one-off optimisation in good faith and will not be held responsible for poor performance in search engines or a lack of traffic. A range of paid SEO packages are available which can be used to promote the websites more effectively as they provide an ongoing service that monitor performance and implement online marketing strategies. 8b2. As part of the premium web design package, Easy Internet Services Ltd will purchase and provide up to 10 stock images. These can be used alone or in combination with images provided by the customer. Further images can be purchased on the customer’s behalf for an additional fee.
8b3. As part of the hosting package provided by Easy Internet Services Ltd, up to 10 business email addresses can be created. The exact spelling of the required email addresses will be provided by the customer and Easy Internet Services Ltd will not be held responsible for incorrectly spelled emails.
8b4. A free SSL certificate will be provided for all websites built as part of the premium web design package. The SSL certificate is provided as part of the website’s hosting package, so once the subscriptions ends, the renewal of this service will need to be arranged with NetNerd directly.

During the website build, Easy Internet Services Ltd will be responsible for all changes and updates to the website unless there is an issue that has been created by the customer or a third-party they have provided access to. On launch of the website and throughout the duration of the web design contract, Easy Internet Services Ltd will provide instructions and support on how to use the CMS system to update the website. As the website is fully editable by the customer, Easy Internet will no longer be responsible for changes and updates to the website once it has gone live. Any changes from this point will be chargeable and a quote can be provided on request.

This one-off optimisation will include the creation of title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags to the main website pages, general performance related checks and submission of the website to Google via Google Search Console. Easy Internet Services offer this one-off optimisation in good faith and will not be held responsible for poor performance in search engines or a lack of traffic. A range of paid SEO packages are available which can be used to promote the websites more effectively as they provide an ongoing service that monitor performance and implement online marketing strategies. A quote for these services can be provided on request.

The customer agrees to provide all requested information to complete the integration. The customer also agrees they are responsible for checking the integration is working correctly when the website launches and that they will report any issues to Easy Internet Services immediately for resolution.
8c15. As part of the ecommerce web design package, Easy Internet Services will design and build the website using WooCommerce. WooCommerce will allow the customer to fully manage their online shop. Once the website has gone live, Easy Internet Services Ltd will not be responsible for any shop management including, but not limited to, creation of products, updating products details, or maintaining stock levels.
8c16. Easy Internet Services Ltd recommends that all ecommerce websites include a terms and conditions page, a delivery and refunds page, a cookies policy, and a GDPR compliant privacy policy.
8d1. As part of the one-page website design, Easy Internet Services Ltd will create a one page website with a maximum of 5 content sections which will be linked from the main menu. We recommend that these sections are Home, About, Services, Reviews, Contact – the customer may choose to substitute these recommended sections for their own. The CMS drag and drop editor will allow the customer to create additional sections, so the website will not be limited in the number of sections available. If you require Easy Internet Services Ltd to create additional page sections, or create additional pages including a blog, a quote can be provided.
8d2. As part of the one-page website design, Easy Internet Services Ltd will purchase and provide up to 3 stock images. These can be used alone or in combination with images provided by the customer. Further images can be purchased on the customer’s behalf for an additional fee.
8d3. As part of the hosting package provided by Easy Internet Services Ltd, up to 3 business email addresses can be created. The exact spelling of the required email addresses will be provided by the customer and Easy Internet Services Ltd will not be held responsible for incorrectly spelled emails.
8d4. A free SSL certificate will be provided for the one-page website. The SSL certificate is provided as part of the website’s hosting package, so once the twelve (12) months hosting package has ended, the renewal of this service will need to be arranged with NetNerd directly.
8d5. During the website build, Easy Internet Services Ltd will be responsible for all changes and updates to the website unless there is an issue that has been created by the customer or a third-party they have provided access to. On launch of the website and during the thirty (30) days following the launch, Easy Internet Services Ltd will provide instructions and support on how to use the CMS system to update the website. As the website is fully editable by the customer, Easy Internet will no longer be responsible for changes and updates to the website once it has gone live. Any changes from this point will be chargeable and a quote can be provided on request.
8d6. The customer will have access to the dedicated client area during the website build and for the thirty (30) days following the launch, allowing them to contact members of the Easy Internet Services Ltd team.
8d7. As part of the one-off website design, Easy Internet Services Ltd will carry out a limited one-off website optimisation to create the foundations for an SEO campaign. This one-off optimisation will include the creation of a title tag, meta description, and header tags for the page, general performance related checks and submission of the website to Google via Google Search Console. 8d12. If the customer chooses to implement TrustPilot reviews into their web design, they must have a paid subscription with TrustPilot to do so. It is an infringement of their copyright to use their branding and reviews without a subscription and the customer may be liable to legal action by TrustPilot.
8d13. Additional web design requirements – If you have additional web design requirements that aren’t included in the one-page website design package, please contact Easy Internet Services Ltd prior to purchasing the plan to confirm that the services are available. Services not listed above are subject to an additional charge, a quote for these services can be provided on request – this includes but is not limited to; payment gateway integration, creation of additional pages or sections, purchasing additional stock images, creating additional email addresses, copywriting, integration of social media post feeds, and newsletter integration.
8e1. If your web design requirements fall outside the set packages offered by Easy Internet Services Ltd, a bespoke web design quote can be provided on request. A bespoke web design quote will include its own terms of service and the terms mentioned here will not be relevant unless otherwise stated.
For the purposes of providing these services, the customer agrees:
9a. To authorise Easy Internet Services Ltd use of all the customer’s logos, trademarks, website images, etc., for use in creating pages and content as deemed necessary by Easy Internet Services Ltd.
9b. That if the customer’s website(s) is light in text content, the customer will provide requested relevant text content in electronic format. Easy Internet Services Ltd can also create text content for an additional charge. Text content will be approved by the customer in advance of uploading, so Easy Internet Services Ltd are not liable for any issues that arise relating to content.
10a. Easy Internet Services Ltd agrees, upon request and if possible, to provide our web design clients with a free internet hosting account for the duration of their contract.
10b. The customer agrees to the terms of service of Easy Internet Solutions Ltd trading as NetNerd located at https://netnerd.com/terms-of-service/.
10c. The customers website will be hosted on servers provided by NetNerd UK. You acknowledge that hosting systems, servers and equipment may from time to time be inoperative or only partly operational because of mechanical breakdown, maintenance, hardware or software upgrades, telecommunication connectivity problems or other causes outside the control of us or our hosting service providers. In the event of any faults or issues that affect our ability to provide any part of the website package, we will, as soon as reasonably practicable: (i) notify you of the problem by e-mail; and (ii) arrange for the rectification of such faults or issues and the restoration of our services to full operational capacity.
10d. The customer agrees that the exact technical specification of the free internet hosting account is subject to change at the discretion of Easy Internet Services Ltd.
10e. Pay monthly customers agrees that, once the web design contract has ended, the customer will be subject to a hosting fee if they decide to continue the internet hosting account. One-off web design customers agree that, twelve (12) months after their website has launched, they will become liable for the cost of the hosting and a subscription should be arranged with NetNerd. If they do not wish to continue with the hosting package after this time, the hosting space and any associated email accounts will be terminated.
10f. Pay monthly customer agree that the free internet hosting account is only available for eighteen (18) months after which the customer agrees to be subject to a hosting fee if the customer decides to continue the internet hosting account. Customers paying for a one-off web design service agree that the free internet hosting account is only available for twelve (12) months after which the customer agrees to be subject to a hosting fee if the customer decides to continue the internet hosting account.
10g. The customer understands that the offer of a free hosting account or domain registration is on the condition that it is required and that there isn’t already a hosting account or domain in place. Easy Internet Services Ltd will not provide financial compensation for hosting or domain registration services you have already paid for. In addition, NetNerd will not provide a refund or other compensation for services that have already been paid to them.
10h. As part of our monthly subscription service, we purchase, manage, renew, and host domains with NetNerd on your behalf until the termination or expiry of our contract with you. As part of our one-off web design services, we will purchase a domain for 1 year or transfer an existing domain to NetNerd on your behalf (subject to availability and the terms associated with existing registrations).
10i. The customer understands that domain registration is offered for .co.uk and .com domains only. You may request a different domain extension which will be available at the discretion of Easy Internet Services Ltd. This offer does not include the registration of premium domains. To register your chosen domain name, you must meet any requirements for the specific domain extension.
10j. The customer understands that their chosen domain name may not be available, and they will have to choose an alternative. You can use the domain checker tool at https://netnerd.com/domain-registration/ to confirm availability.
10k. If the customer wishes to change their domain name at any time, they will need to pay the costs to register a new domain name at the current rates with NetNerd. The registration will be valid for one year.
10l. You will be the registered legal owner of the domain name. You may, at any time, transfer the domain to an alternative provider at no additional cost, providing that you have no outstanding debts to us. Easy Internet Services Ltd are not responsible for any third-party charges incurred by transferring a domain name to an alternative provider.
10m. If you do not renew your services with us at the end of the contract, we will not pay any renewal fees in respect of that domain name and will allow the domain name to expire.
10n. Easy Internet Services Ltd trading as Fabsite and Easy Internet Solutions Ltd trading at NetNerd may monitor your use of our products and services for abuse and fair usage.
10o. Easy Internet Services Ltd and Easy Internet Solutions Ltd will under no circumstances whatever be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the contract for:
a) any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue, including but not limited to any loss of profit suffered by you: (i) as a result of the expiration of the domain name or hosting where the contract expires or is terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions; (ii) as a result of a technical fault or any other fault caused by any third party; (iii) as a result of our services not being fully operational; (iv) as a result of removal from Google; or (v) the removal of the website where the contract expires or is terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions;
b) loss or corruption of data, information, or software
c) loss of anticipated savings, or
d) loss of goodwill.
11a. The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Easy Internet Services Ltd (and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees) from all damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and all related costs and expenses) incurred because of any claim, judgement, or adjudication related to or arising from:
(a) any photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, text, data, or any other information, content, display, or any other material (whether written, graphic, sound, or otherwise) provided by the customer to Easy Internet Services Ltd (the “Customer Content”), or
(b) a claim that Easy Internet Services Ltd.’s use of content provided by the customer infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.
11b. Any images or videos provided to the customer by Easy Internet Services Ltd will be purchased from stock image sites or sourced from free to use image websites under the terms that they are free to use and do not infringe on any copyright laws.
11c. You must obtain permission to use any third-party intellectual property rights that you provide to us as part of the website content. By entering the contract, you warrant that you have the legal right to provide such intellectual property rights to us for the purposes of the contract. We reserve the right to request evidence that such permissions have been obtained.
In no event shall Easy Internet Services Ltd be liable to the customer for any indirect, exemplary, or consequential damages. This to include any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance, lost profits, whether foreseeable or alleged to be based on breach of warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability arising under this agreement. Loss of data, or any performance under this agreement, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy provided herein. There shall be no refunds. Easy Internet Services Ltd makes no warranty of any kind regarding above stated events, whether express or implied, about any third-party products, third party content or any software obtained from third parties.
13a. By agreeing with these terms of service, you are agreeing to have personal information stored for the purpose of processing said information to provide the services required by the customer. Easy Internet Services Ltd is bound by the regulations to disclose all customer information to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the customer.
13b. Easy Internet Services Ltd may from time to time use your information for our own marketing purposes until such time as you ask us not to.
13c. Under GDPR regulations, you have the following rights relating to your data:
The right to be informed
The right of access
The right to rectification
The right to erasure
The right to restrict processing
The right to data portability
The right to object
Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling

14a. Customers understand and agree that your use of third-party tools such as WordPress plugins, and any of the services or content provided (the “service”) are at your own risk. Services and content are provided to you as is, and Easy Internet Services Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, either implied or expressed, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14b. Easy Internet Services Ltd makes no warranty, either implied or expressed that any part of the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, timely, secure, accurate, reliable, or of any specific quality, nor is it warranted either implicitly or expressly that any content is safe in any manner for download.
14c. You understand and agree that neither Easy Internet Services Ltd nor any participant in the service provides professional advice of any kind and that any advice or any other information obtained via the website may be used solely at your own risk, and that Easy Internet Services will not be held liable in any way.

GREEMENT BETWEEN EASY INTERNET SOLUTIONS (the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) – trading as “NetNerd”, “netnerd.com”, Studio 7, Phoenix Square, 7 Burton Street, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE1 1TB and (“the Customer”, “You”, “Your”).
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide, and the Customer will receive the Services (as defined below) details of which are set out in the service order form of even date which has been accepted by the Customer and accepted by the Company. This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Statement.
In this Agreement the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
This Agreement shall be entered by the parties once the Customer has accepted and agreed on the Service Order Form and accepted by an authorised representative of the Company, by email, contingent only upon credit approval of the Customer being obtained by the Company. Communication of this acceptance will be given to the Customer by the Company generating an e-mail to the Customer which includes the information required to allow the Customer to send and receive information to and from its servers. For the avoidance of doubt by accepting and confirming the Service Order Form, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
In the event that a website domain name is not renewed on the date of its expiration, it shall cease to run and shall be considered to have been “expired”
A website domain name shall expire if netnerd.com is unable to receive payment through a stored payment method on your netnerd.com account or if you fail to pay it manually to renew your website domain name.
It is the client’s liability that the email address stored on the netnerd.com account is active and is able to receive the renewal notification from netnerd.com.
It is the clients understanding that three (3) consecutive days right after the expiration date; netnerd.com reserve the rights to execute the following actions at its sole discretion:
– Renew the website’s domain name.
– Park the website’s domain name to another Name Server including the netnerd.com Name Servers.
Following on the domain name expiry date, the client recognises that they have 16 calendar days to contact netnerd.com to reclaim and restore the domain name where applicable at the registry and that the client pays for the said domain name restoration.
Upon receipt of the Renewal Fee by netnerd.com within the 16 day period, the client will retain its ownership of the requested domain name and as soon as reasonably practicable netnerd.com shall restore the requested domain name to your control panel. The client recognises that 16 day period after the expiry date netnerd.com reserves the rights to execute the following actions at its sole discretion:
– Auction the websites domain name
– Modify the domain name’s contact details
– Transfer the websites domain name
If netnerd.com do not receive a payment for the renewal within the 16 calendar days specified above netnerd.com reserve the right in their sole discretion to terminate the agreement and put the website domain name to auction, modify and transfer the ownership of the requested domain name.
We at netnerd.com aim to restore domain names on behalf of our clients. However, we do not guarantee the success of all renewal attempts of the domain name. It is the registrant’s liability to check the WHOIS database to make sure their domain name has been restored or renewed.
AGREEMENT BETWEEN EASY INTERNET SOLUTIONS (the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) – trading as “FreeVirtualServers.com”, “5YearHost.co.uk”, “DIYHost.co.uk”, “DediBoxes.co.uk” of Unit D, Edward House, Grange Business Park, Whetstone, Leicester, LE8 6EP; and (“the Customer”, “You”, “Your”).
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide and the Customer will receive the Services (as defined below) details of which are set out in the Service Order Form of even date which has been accepted by the Customer and accepted by the Company. It is the clients understanding that three (3) consecutive days right after the expiration date; FreeVirtualServers.com reserve the rights to execute the following actions at its sole discretion:
– Renew the website’s domain name.
– Park the website’s domain name to another Name Server including the FreeVirtualServers.com Name Servers.
Following on the domain name expiry date, the client recognises that they have 16 calendar days to contact FreeVirtualServers.com to reclaim and restore the domain name where applicable at the registry, and that the client pays for the said domain name restoration.
Upon receipt of the Renewal Fee by FreeVirtualServers.com within the 16 day period, client will retain its ownership of the requested domain name and as soon as reasonably practicable FreeVirtualServers.com shall restore the requested domain name to your control panel. The client recognises that 16 day period after the expiry date FreeVirtualServers.com reserves the rights to execute the following actions at its sole discretion:
– Auction the websites domain name
– Modify the domain name’s contact details
– Transfer the websites domain name
If FreeVirtualServers.com do not receive a payment for the renewal within the 16 calendar days specified above FreeVirtualServers.com reserve the right in their sole discretion to terminate the agreement and put the website domain name to auction, modify and transfer the ownership of the requested domain name.
